Parts 1 details the problem. The medical system is destroying health; lawyers destroy justice; psychiatrists destroy minds; scientists destroy truth; major media destroy information; religions destroy spirituality; and governments destroy freedom.
Part 2 reveals how the COVID pandemic — which was sold to us as a fight against a novel and deadly zoonotic virus that had jumped species at a Chinese wet market — was merely the first part of a pandemic for-profit business model, where mass vaccination is a tool to gain more control, more power and, of course, more money.
In Part 3, the big picture is revealed, showing how the COVID pandemic was a convenient opening act of a "Great Reset," at the end of which regular people will "own nothing and be happy."
The interests behind the COVID "plandemic" and the global coup are documented, how long this plan has been in the works and, in Part 4, above, how we can stop it, before we lose our country, our liberty, and our humanity.

Understanding Our Constitutional Rights
The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution guarantees the right to privacy, the right to be left alone and to make our own decisions. Like other amendments in the Bill of Rights, it doesn’t create the right to privacy; it secures it, thereby limiting government interference with it.
The Bill of Rights precede the existence of the U.S government, and are based on basic principles inherent in humanity itself, i.e., "Natural Law." The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and cannot be superseded or nullified by any other law. As stated in Article IV:
"This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding."
Any law that violates the Constitution is null and void, no matter who makes it, and an unconstitutional law "imposes no duties, confers no right, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection, and justifies no acts performed under it." That’s a quote from an 1886 Supreme Court case (Norton v. Shelby County, 118 U.S. 4251).
Quoting further from that decision, "No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it." Yet, during the COVID pandemic, unconstitutional rules and mandates were not only issued but in most cases also upheld. Without a trace of shame, government officials even called for barring the unvaccinated from society at large.
Constitution Cannot Be Suspended Under Any Circumstance
These actions were justified on the basis that we were in "an emergency" that required some basic rights to be temporarily suspended. However, no matter how dire the emergency, the Constitution may not be suspended or violated.
In a 2020 fact check,2 Reuters tried to debunk the claim that constitutional rights cannot be suspended by citing the 1988 Stafford Act, which grants the president the authority to declare a major disaster and empowers the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to coordinate the nation’s response — completely missing the point that no law can supersede the Constitution and is void if in violation with it.

As noted by U.S. District Judge William S. Stickman IV, in a September 2020 ruling in the case of County of Butler et. al. v. Governor Thomas W. Wolf et. al., "the Constitution sets certain lines that may not be crossed, even in an emergency." As noted in the film, dozens of court rulings have affirmed this basic fact.
The Last Line of Defense Against Government Overreach
Over the past three years, we’ve seen countless examples of local, state and federal officials granting themselves unconstitutional powers and suspending people’s rights under the auspice of a "public health emergency." It would seem there’s no office left to rein in these power hungry despots. Or is there? Yes, fortunately there is, and it’s your county sheriff.
The County sheriff is one of the most important elected officials we all have the opportunity to vote for, so making sure they understand their role in protecting your Constitutional rights is crucial.
Ultimately, your local sheriff is in charge of actually enforcing whatever rules and regulations are laid down by state lawmakers, your city or county councils, and executive orders from city mayors or governors.
Contrary to what some people think, mayors and governors don’t make laws — the state legislatures do that — but they can influence city and state legislation as well as invoke executive orders under certain circumstances.3
Sometimes sheriffs and local and state police may be asked by their mayor or governor to enforce an executive order. However, sheriffs can refuse if they believe the executive order is unconstitutional.
For example, during the pandemic, county sheriffs in Michigan,4 Texas,5 Ohio,6 even California,7 informed their governors they would not enforce mandatory mask orders since they weren’t actual laws. The sheriffs of Pinal County, Arizona,8 Douglas County, Illinois,9 Snohomish County and Klickitat County, Washington,10 and many others also refused to enforce their states’ stay-at-home orders.
Lincoln County, New Mexico, Sheriff Michael Wood even issued a cease-and-desist order to Gov. Michelle Grisham when she tried to order stores to close in January 2021, and one rural Oregon sheriff single-handedly ended the business closures simply by declaring the closures unconstitutional.
These are actions that every sheriff, in every county across the nation could, and should, have taken, because mask mandates aren’t laws (and would be unconstitutional if they were made into law) and government does not have the constitutional right to decide who can work and make a living, and who cannot.
These sheriffs understood that forcing people to wear masks and stay at home is something government does not have the power to do under the Constitution, and they protected their citizens from what was obvious overreach and abuse of power. And, importantly, no government agent or agency in the land had the authority to overrule their decisions.
No One Can Tell the Sheriff What to Do
We owe this to Richard Mack, a retired sheriff and current president of Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers (CSPOA),11 who sued12,13 the U.S. government over the Brady Bill, also known as the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act,14 signed into law by President Clinton in November 1993.
For the first time in U.S. history, the Brady Bill conscripted county sheriffs to enforce federal law, in clear violation of the Constitution. Mack sued to protect state sovereignty, and had it not been for Mack winning this lawsuit, sheriffs would not have had the legal ability to stand against tyranny and protect Constitutional rights today. They’d by just another arm of the federal government.
In winning this Supreme Court case, Mack pushed the federal government back and reaffirmed the rights of states and the people. Justice Antonin Scalia wrote the decision, and several quotes from that decision are featured in "COVID Unmasked."
Scalia noted that the Constitution "protects us from our own best intentions" and "prevents the temptation to concentrate power in one location as an expedient solution to the crisis of the day." And the COVID-19 pandemic was just that. The crisis of the day.
Now, the WHO is trying to seize the authority to make decisions about all future crises, and we can be sure there won’t be an end to crises when the power to rule is tied to there being one.
Does Your Sheriff Understand and Exercise His Power?
Unfortunately, many sheriffs are as clueless about the Constitution — and their unique role in upholding it — as the average person is. But as noted in the film, "the county sheriff is the last line of defense against a government gone rogue." The sheriff has "an obligation to protect the Constitutional rights of the citizens," including "the right to free speech, the right to assemble, and the right to bear arms."
In the summer of 2022, I interviewed Mack (video above) about the crucial role of sheriffs when it comes to safeguarding your Constitutional rights and protecting your civil liberties against unlawful government overreach. As explained by Mack:
"This is a crucial time in American history, and we actually have a peaceful and effective solution to it. The only thing that needs to happen is your local officials, especially your sheriff, keep [their] oath of office ... The sheriff is here to protect your civil liberties, your God given rights.
As the founding fathers put it in the Declaration of Independence, ‘The laws of nature are nature's God.’ Either way, you don't have to believe in God to appreciate this or to be a part of it. You don't, because these are the rights you were born with."
The End of Government Tyranny Starts With You
There are more than 3,100 counties in the U.S., and each of these counties has a sheriff, who is elected by the local community. Three states — Alaska, Hawaii and Connecticut — do not have sheriffs, so their laws are enforced by other officers such as marshals or deputy sheriffs.15
Some large cities also have their own sheriffs, including Denver, St. Louis, Richmond and Baltimore. Many large-city sheriffs also typically have several hundred to a couple of thousand full-time personnel.
As explained by Mack and detailed in "COVID Unmasked," county sheriffs are the best solution to the problem posed by tyrannical despots. Here’s what you can do to help put an end to government overreach, which is growing by the day. This list is a compilation of the recommendations of both sources.
1. Look up who your local sheriff is. States will typically have a "State Sheriff’s Directory" website listing the sheriffs of each county in that state.
2. Find out where your sheriff stands on the subject of Constitutional rights and the need to protect them, as evidenced by actual record, not just talk.
3. If your local sheriff proves to be a puppet for those who would enslave us, initiate an immediate recall petition, and persist until he or she is replaced by someone who is willing and able to fulfill their sworn duty to protect the Constitutional rights of residents.
4. Forward a copy of "COVID Unmasked, Part 4," to your sheriff, so he or she can fully appreciate the scope of their powers and responsibilities.
5. If your sheriff is not already a member of the CSPOA — the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association — ask them to join and become a recognized Constitutional Sheriff. The CSPOA educates sheriffs about their constitutional powers and responsibilities, and it’s the only organization out there that does that.
The training CSPOA offers is crucial, as the traditional training sheriffs receive is fairly inadequate with respect to the understanding and appreciation of their oath, which is to protect and uphold constitutional rights. Many get distracted or confused by the belief or idea that they must enforce things that really are not within their scope of duty.
6. Join the SCPOA yourself. Funding for the CSPOA’s educational programs comes from private donations and member dues. Joining the CSPOA is really one of the most highly leveraged investments you could make to secure your personal liberties. All funds go directly toward the education of sheriffs. The organization doesn’t even have paid employees.
7. Support your constitutionally-minded sheriff any way you can.
8. Get friends, family and neighbors to take these steps as well.
If you want to get even more involved, inquire whether your sheriff allows residents to be deputized, and if the answer is yes (and you fulfill whatever requirements there might be), you can become a deputy sheriff.
Taking Back America, County by County
The next step is for Constitutional sheriffs everywhere to make it known that, from this point forward, they will prosecute those who use drones, helicopters and other surveillance means to spy on law-abiding residents, those who construct and operate illegal checkpoints and detention camps, those who install 5G towers against the will of the local residents, and every other violation of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
Ignorance of the law — and in this case, that’s the Constitution, the supreme law of the land — does not excuse you from prosecution or legal liability.
That includes police officers, security guards, military personnel, alphabet-soup agency agents, doctors, nurses, hospital administrators, school principals, school board members, government officials of every stripe, and everyone else you can think of who violate people’s Constitutional rights by following unconstitutional (null and void) orders. The sheriff can prosecute them all.
If enough people get involved and engage their sheriffs in this fight, we can create constitutional counties and take back America, county by county, one sheriff at a time. Eventually, all the police forces will be on the same page as well, and will no longer enforce unlawful, unconstitutional orders, whatever they might be.
As noted in "COVID Unmasked," "without the military or the police to do their bidding, the tyrants are powerless against us." That’s how we take back America without raising so much as a fist.

This article will focus on the social addiction issue of cellphone use and does nothing to address the electromagnetic field (EMF) exposures, which I cover carefully in my next book “EMF’d,” slated for publication in early 2020.
As a lover of technology, it pains me to see what technological advancements are doing to the psychological health of so many, especially our youth. Children today cannot even fathom a life pre-internet — a life where school work involved library visits and phone calls required you to stay in one spot (since the telephone was attached to the wall).
Children and parents alike now spend an inordinate amount of time on their smartphones, communicating with friends (and possibly strangers) via text, on Twitter and Facebook, and work to keep up their Snapstreaks on Snapchat.
Even many toddlers are proficient in navigating their way around a wireless tablet these days. Smartphones have changed the way people interact socially, especially teens, and this has significant ramifications for their psychological health.
This is a topic covered in-depth in Jean Twenge’s book “iGen: Why Today’s Super-Connected Kids Are Growing up Less Rebellious, More Tolerant, Less Happy — and Completely Unprepared for Adulthood — and What That Means for the Rest of Us.”1
A majority of teens’ social life is carried out in the solitude of their bedroom via their smartphones, Twenge points out in a 2017 article2 adaptation of her book, published in The Atlantic, and this lack of face-to-face interaction has a steep psychological price: loneliness. Internet addiction — the inability to unplug — has also been shown to take a toll on cognition and focus, as it’s a constant source of distraction.
Your Cellphone — A Necessity or a Convenience?
The featured CBC Marketplace program, “Why You’re Addicted to Your Smartphone,”3 goes behind the scenes, talking to tech insiders about how cellphone addiction is manufactured, and the effects thereof.
According to Marketplace, people use their cellphones for an average of three hours a day, and as shown in the footage, many are in the habit of perusing their cellphones while walking — completely oblivious to their surroundings.
Over their lifetime, teens will spend “nearly a decade of their life staring at a smartphone,” CBC reporter Virginia Smart writes in an accompanying article.4 If you frequently feel you don’t have enough time in the day to get more productive things done, perhaps your cellphone usage is part of the problem, siphoning off valuable time from each day.
Still, most agree their phone has become a “necessity” rather than a convenience. Forgetting their phone at home, or losing it, is frequently described as a disaster.
“My entire life is on my phone,” one man says.5 “I don’t know where I’d be [without it].” Just how did we get to this point? “It’s part of a plan you didn’t even know you signed up for,” CBC correspondent David Common says.
Variable Rewards and Other Mind Tricks
To investigate real-world usage, CBC Marketplace enlists an Ontario family of five in an experiment: An app on their phone will track each family member’s usage over a two-month period. The app, called “Moment,”6 tracks the amount of time you spend on any given app, allowing you to see just how much of your life you’re frittering away.
Tracking the usage of all users, everywhere, is also being done by Silicon Valley companies in an effort to figure out how to make us use their apps even more. One of them is Dopamine Labs, founded by Ramsay Brown, which uses “artificial intelligence and neuroscience to track your usage, loyalty and revenue.”7
As explained by Brown, they use AI and the science of the mind to “make apps more engaging and persuasive.” In other words, they use science to maximize the addictive potential of your smartphone.
The secret is rather simple. Apps that trigger pleasure become addictive. As noted by CBC Marketplace, it’s rather telling that the two leading creators of the smartphone revolution, Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, both admitted limiting their children’s use of their revolutionary devices — probably because they knew something the rest of us didn’t.
“We’re not really designing software anymore,” Brown says. “We’re designing minds.” Just how is this done? Some of the most commonly used habit-forming tools include:8
• Pleasure hooks — This could be a notification of “Congrats!” or “Good job!” or a high-five icon after you’ve completed an action, for example. On social media platforms, getting “Likes” accomplishes the same thing. The ability to collect followers is yet another hook.
• Variable rewards — As explained by Marketplace, a key method used to trick your mind into addictive behavior is known as “variable rewards.” In a nutshell, it means you’re never sure what you’re going to get. How many “Likes” will your post garner? How many followers or points can you get? How long can you maintain a streak?
As with other types of gambling, this uncertainty coupled with the prospect of a pleasure reward is what feeds the compulsion to keep going.
• The infinite scroll — Another “hook” perfected by social media is that never-ending stream of content and commentary that can keep you going indefinitely.
• Loss aversion — While starting out as a pleasurable activity, at a certain point, your continued usage morphs into a prison of your own making — you “can’t” stop using the app, or you’ll experience let-down and disappointment. Snapchat’s snapstreak is a perfect example of how apps cash in on loss aversion.
“Brain hacking” techniques such as these have led to 6% of the global population now struggling with internet addiction, according to a 2014 study,9 rivaling that of illicit drug use.10
The problems with overuse and abuse of cellphones lead to sleep disturbances, anxiety, stress and depression,11 as well as an increased exposure to electromagnetic field radiation, which also places your health12,13 and mental14 well-being at risk.
Internet Addiction Is on the Rise
Marketplace interviews Lisa Pont, a social worker at the Canadian Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, where people are now coming into the program because their smartphone usage has become a problem.
“Research is starting to show that technology has an impact on memory, concentration, mood, [causing] anxiety and depression; it has an impact on sleep, it has an impact on overall well-being,” Pont says.
Children, Pont stresses, are particularly vulnerable due to their innate lack of self-control, and really need parental guidance and limits on their device usage. “It’s too tempting at that age to mitigate their own use,” Pont says, pointing out that children’s brains are not fully developed, hence they lack impulse control and the ability to foresee the consequences of their behavior.
Cellphone Use and Depression
As noted by Twenge in her article15 “Have Smartphones Destroyed a Generation?” rates of teen depression and suicide have dramatically risen since 2011, and data suggest spending three hours or more each day on electronic devices can raise a teen’s suicide risk by as much as 35%.16
Spending 10 or more hours on social media each week is also associated with a 56% higher risk of feeling unhappy, compared to those who use social media less, and heavy social media users have a 27% higher risk of depression.17
“It’s not an exaggeration to describe iGen as being on the brink of the worst mental-health crisis in decades,” Twenge writes,18 adding that “Much of this deterioration can be traced to their phones …
There is compelling evidence that the devices we’ve placed in young people’s hands are having profound effects on their lives — and making them seriously unhappy.”
How Much Time Are You Spending on Your Phone?
After tracking Jackson, age 8, for two months, his average daily screen time came out to five hours and 32 minutes, but on some days, he spends nearly 11 hours on his tablet — basically the whole entire day. At his current pace, his projected lifetime screen time amounts to a whopping 15 years.
His mother admits being worries about her young son’s screen time, especially as she’s noticed he typically prefers spending time on his tablet over all other social interactions and activities. Meanwhile, the family’s 16-year old, Emily, trades her sleep for social media. She admits getting caught up in the infinite scroll; before she knows it, hours may have passed.
As noted by in Twenge’s Atlantic article,19 sleep deprivation among teenagers rose by 57% between 1991 and 2015. Many do not even get seven hours of sleep on a regular basis, while science reveals they need a minimum of eight and as much as 10 hours to maintain their health. Twenge writes about the habits of the teens she interviewed:
“Their phone was the last thing they saw before they went to sleep and the first thing they saw when they woke up … Some used the language of addiction.
‘I know I shouldn’t, but I just can’t help it,’ one said about looking at her phone while in bed. Others saw their phone as an extension of their body — or even like a lover: ‘Having my phone closer to me while I’m sleeping is a comfort.’”
Emily is no different, admitting that checking her phone is part of her morning and evening routines. It’s the first thing she does upon waking, and the last thing she does before bed. For Emily, a large part of her day revolves around Snapchat. She uses the app continuously to keep in touch with her friends — even when they’re sitting right next to her.
As mentioned, Snapchat uses a technique known as “loss aversion” to keep their users using. Emily has a Snapchat streak that has been going for nearly two years, and now she feels compelled to not break it, which is what loss aversion is all about.
On many days, Emily’s phone stays in use for nearly 7.5 hours. The Moment app clocked her picking up her phone up to 100 times a day during the monitoring period. On average, she spends 30% of her waking hours on her phone. Her parents are not far behind, each averaging about 21%.
Symptoms of Internet Addiction
Symptoms of internet or cellphone addiction are similar to other types of addiction, but are more socially acceptable. As noted in one study, internet addiction (IA) is:20
“[G]enerally regarded as a disorder of concern because the neural abnormalities (e.g., atrophies in dorsolateral prefrontal cortex) and cognitive dysfunctions (e.g., impaired working memory) associated with IA mimic those related to substance and behavioral addiction. Moreover, IA is often comorbid with mental disorders, such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and depression.”
According to Psycom.net, conditions that can increase your risk of internet addiction or compulsion include anxiety, depression, other addictions and social isolation or awkwardness.21 Common emotional symptoms of internet addiction include:
Boredom with routine tasks
Dishonesty and defensiveness
Feelings of guilt, fear or anxiety; mood swings
Experiencing euphoria while online
Procrastination; inability to prioritize tasks or keep schedules
Avoidance of work
Physical symptoms of internet addiction disorder can include:22
Backache, headache, neck pain
Carpal tunnel syndrome
Dry eyes and other vision problems
Insomnia
Poor nutrition; weight gain or weight loss
Poor personal hygiene
Notifications Take a Significant Toll on Your Cognition
If you’re like most, you probably have an array of notifications set on your phone. According to Marketplace, these notifications concern experts, who warn the constant pinging, beeping and buzzing actually has significant consequences for your cognition.
Marketplace correspondent Commons visits Western University, where a lot of cognition research is being conducted. He participates in a test to evaluate his ability to focus, and to see how distractions from his phone affects his attention and cognition.
First, Commons performs the attention test without his phone. For the next round of testing, his phone is left on, nearby. And, while he can’t see it, he can hear it — incoming phone calls, texts and the pinging of incoming social media notifications.
For the third part of the test, Commons has to recall numbers being texted to him. “It reflects how we normally interact with our phones,” the researcher explains. You might text details to a coworker, for example, or your spouse might ask you to buy milk on the way home.
Commons admits the distractions caused by his phone significantly interfere with his ability to concentrate on the task at hand. Even vibration without sound causes problems. Just how big of a problem? Commons’ verbal comprehension declined by nearly 20% when phone distractions were allowed.
One simple step that can eliminate many of these distractions is to simply turn off all notifications. Still, simply having your phone nearby can be enough to take your mind off what you’re doing.
A study23 using a group of more than 50 college students found that performance in complex tasks was worse when the participant could see a cellphone present, whether it was the study leader's phone or their own, as compared to the performance of tasks when no cellphone was visible.
As noted by Brown, smartphones are here to stay, and app developers are getting increasingly sophisticated at capturing your attention. Smartphone users therefore need to become savvier, and learn to make conscious choices about how they use their devices.
The question is, “Who do we want to be?” Brown says. Modern technology really requires you to shape yourself (or be shaped by software developers), and to use your devices in a way that helps you rather than hinders you from living your best life.

Polls suggest that both Biden and Trump have about 30% enthusiastic support among voters, and around half of the electorate flatly wouldn’t vote for either:

Kennedy, Jr. hovers around 40% favorability in polls, and has announced that his candidacy is now independent — free of a connection to a political party.
So the political party that has now indicted and sued the Republican frontrunner in five different courtrooms and counting faces a challenge from an independent with an enormously famous name who is challenging a shambling Democratic POTUS as he mumbles and slurs his corrupt and dimwitted way into the election year. The numbers get interesting in a hurry: Trump 30%, Biden 30%, Kennedy 40%.
When does Jack Smith indict Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.? Under these circumstances, how likely is it that Kennedy becomes a target for lawfare?
Democrats have already set up the indictment of Ron DeSantis, in case he becomes the Republican frontrunner:

A panoply of health risks are being forced on us. These are used to make money, injure us, and make us die sooner. Most can be avoided.
This is a synthesis of brutal information, so here is lighter fare to start.
Dick Cilley, my “dirtbag” climber friend, always chanted this post’s title while scaling hazardous rock. We would gleefully repeat his words as we ascended, laughing at the situations we put ourselves in.
A quote often attributed to Julius Caesar explains more, “As a rule, what is out of sight disturbs men’s minds more seriously than what they see.” The dangers I describe here are mostly invisible, so our anxiety about them may be higher than they merit.
The worst risks are self-imposed
Climbing is hazardous, but smoking is responsible for one in five US deaths. I spent a magic decade of my life doing these simultaneously.
A “conventional” source lists the most common causes of US deaths in 2021:

You can avoid most of these
Strokes and heart attacks increase if you eat "unsaturated" vegetable fats like Crisco or margarine. These oxidize and cause diabetes, atherosclerosis, and other damage. But industrial food producers and a paid-off American Dietary Association promoted these cheap synthetics as healthy since early in the 20th century. "Saturated" animal fats, on the other hand, oxidize much less, so they are far safer (Hormone Secrets).
Eating seed oils instead of animal fats is being recognized as another cardiovascular health catastrophe. Big agriculture, fast food restaurants, fake fat makers, and corrupt regulatory groups are co-conspirators in bringing us these.
Avoiding exercise creates similar risks as smoking.
Accidents: Auto accidents kill 43,000 Americans annually. Not wearing a seatbelt doubles this risk.
Suicide: 50,000 in the US yearly. The psych drugs cause much of it and should be outlawed because of this and other reasons.
"Covid deaths" is code for people slaughtered by the Covid bioweapon, those killed by withholding standard therapies, those killed by the vax, and those murdered by doctors using treatments such as Remdesivir and ventilators. It was all facilitated by CDC and FDA lies and implemented by the Department of Defense. If you understand this, you can save yourself and your family.
How to escape modern health calamities
Studying increase your chances of survival. Never be accused of DFR or DFL.
Some of the following disasters are forced on us, and others are suppression or concealment of effective treatments. For example, iodine restriction is obviously purposeful. For the rest, ask yourself, “Could this have been solely caused by chance, greed, or incompetence?” The answer is mostly “No.”
The following hazards are in rough order of importance.
Medical abuses
Using therapies that do not work, that cause active harm, or for which simpler, safer, or more effective alternatives are available. This is at least half of modern medicine, and it is the biggest risk on this list. Butchered by "Healthcare" tells the story. For clarity, I put some in separate categories.
Why did it all happen? Early in the 20th century, Rockefeller began controlling doctors and medicine and destroying their integrity. I was shocked to realize that these medical abuses are the cause of most modern disease.
Medical “errors” are deviations from "standards of care" that cause harm. A credible study estimates that these cause 250,000 US deaths a year.
Prescription drugs kill 250,000 yearly in the US and Europe according to Peter C. Gøtzsche.
The psych drugs. These cause violence, suicide, and early death. Twenty-five percent of Americans and 80 percent of Danes have been convinced to use them. They destroy our health, empathy, and humanity and are phenomenally addictive. RFK, Jr., forced Fauci to admit in writing that they had never been studied against placebos. The "science" behind them is a tissue of fraud.
Cancer cures. Dozens of safe, cheap, and effective cures have been suppressed. For example, double-blind, placebo-controlled studies have proven solid tumors respond to mistletoe. Fenbendazole, a drug related to ivermectin, is cheap, nontoxic, and avidly suppresses lymphomas.
Chemotherapy damages health. Reviewing decades of published studies, oncologists report that their poisons improve patient survival by an average of less than two months. This is an admission of utter failure for treatments that cost $100,000 or more a year. (Some lymphomas, testicular cancers, and a few other tumors can be successfully treated.) Radiation therapy is less successful than chemo, for it does not even produce this statistically invisible outcome.
The oncos are paid well to fail; they get 25 percent kickbacks on chemo charges. This story is in Butchered by "Healthcare."
Root canals (medical subcategory)
These spread infection through the body and must be removed if you value your health. Its inventors repudiated the procedure, but it is still universally performed by general dentists and endodontists. Root canals cause a double-digit percentage, possibly 40 percent, of all human disease.
Vaccines (medical subcategory)
Without exception, each is a net harm that creates illness, shortens lifespan, and decreases fertility. These cause more damage than other drugs because “medical standards” allege they are safe, effective, and should be forced on all of us many times starting at birth. They contain mercury, aluminum, and other toxins.
Notes:
Except for the (totally ineffective) influenza vaccine, none has contained mercury for two decades. But since mercury takes years to leave the body—if it ever does—vaccinations are still the second largest human exposure after dental fillings.
Before the Covid jab, most immunizations were injected by bribed pediatricians. Over the last few decades, childhood vaccines caused the autism rate to rise from 1/10,000 to 1/30.
No vaccine has ever been studied using a placebo comparison. If they were any good, this would have been published.
The Covid jab has no medical utility. Worldwide death rates soared within months after its rollout and live births plummeted. This proves it is a bioweapon developed to weaken and kill us.
Dental amalgam poisoning (medical subcategory)
These are a bigger source of mercury than vaccines. They initially contain 54 percent, and they dissolve and release it into the victim’s body over many years. Amalgams are marketed as "silver fillings" by ignorant, unscrupulous dentists. They are a pre-Civil War technology that put a volatile, malignant toxin into the most reactive part of the human body.
Comments
Dentists have no pretense of following even the ruined science of mainstream medicine. They regard themselves as mouth carpenters rather than physicians with responsibility for a sensitive biological system.
When they “drilled, filled, and billed” my 17 amalgams, I was too young to say no. The mercury likely caused Parkinson’s, gave me scoliosis, and affected my personality. Dentists have damaged most of you as well. Read about it when my book, Butchered by Dentistry, is released.

Opioid abuse (medical subcategory)
It is being thrust on us from the outside and causes more than 100,000 US fatalities yearly. Changing the “physician standards” and predatory, opportunistic doctor prescribing contributed as well.
Bioidentical hormones suppression (medical subcategory)
Doctors seldom prescribe these because medical “standards” discourage it. Conventional “medical science" about hormones is a pack of FDA lies and defamations.
Few seniors take them, and most of those who do receive inadequate doses. Bioidentical hormones, the only ones worth considering, prevent premature aging and extend healthy lifespans. Their use preserves muscles, intellect, and emotional stability.
Testosterone can cure advanced breast cancer. It was placed in the scheduled drug category despite its negligible toxicity and profound benefits. Contrary to censored sources like Wikipedia, it benefits the heart. See Hormone Secrets for more.
Aluminium
This is the second most toxic metal to which humans are commonly exposed. Fortunately, you can easily avoid it and force its elimination from our bodies if you read and listen HERE and HERE.
Electromagnetic fields (EMFs)
These come from sources such as WiFi and unshielded wiring. The dangers are better recognized in Russia and Europe than in the US. Our knowledge is limited because the telecom juggernaut suppresses research and information flow.
Some people cannot tolerate EMF. To mitigate it, WiFi can be replaced with ethernet wiring, which is safer and faster. But solutions like these are ignored in the quest for sales and convenience. The result? We now bathe in electrical fields. But with care and study, we can decrease our exposures.

Fluoride poisoning
This is deliberately placed into US, Australian, Canadian, and other water supplies. It is a neurotoxin; studies prove, for example, that babies born to mothers who consume it have lower IQs. Industrial fluoride producers give the American Dental Association millions yearly to claim that this poison improves teeth. Agents of the Biden cartel are blocking ongoing lawsuits against its use.
The vegan cult promotion
Until recently, this could have been mistaken for a grassroots effort, but Gates, the World Health Organization, and the captured media now support it. Those who are fooled blindly damage their health. See Hormone Secrets.
Lyme disease (medical subcategory)
This tick-borne spirochete (syphilis is another) infection is a bioweapon developed by our government and released upon our children and us. The evidence for this includes the deathbed confession of Willy Burgdorfer, Lyme's most prominent researcher.
Lyme has chronic, insidious symptoms. It is hard for “mainstream” doctors to diagnose and treat because knowledge of the natural history and therapies are suppressed. But there are many promising “alternative” treatments including hyperbaric oxygen, chlorine dioxide, and Alinia, an anti-parasite drug that can be used off-label.
Infected ticks are now ubiquitous in wooded areas of the US and parts of Europe. Ken Stoller estimates that a mid-double-digit percentage of American citizens have been exposed. Most of the symptomatic ones have no idea what is wrong with them. If not recognized and properly addressed, Lyme can cause profound disability.
Sun exposure suppression and sunscreen promotion (medical subcategory)
This has been a bizarre dermatology psych-op that lined their pockets and damaged anyone who believed them. It started when a Madison Avenue marketing company told the Derm leaders to change their image from foolish pimple poppers to fierce cancer fighters.
Skin docs were soon charging millions more a year for office cancer checks and pricey "skin surgeries" that could sometimes be performed with nail clippers. They developed the "standard" that every bit of skin removed must be looked at under the microscope and billed. And they began using the same type of codes that surgical pathologists employ when examining systemic cancers. Question: Which specialty makes the most money? See * below.
The truth about the sun was sacrificed to marketing lies. Contrary to what the dermoids** claim, sun exposure is profoundly healthy—if you have the minimal level of judgment required to avoid roasting yourself. Consider:
Women who are outside regularly have a far lower risk of breast cancer than those who avoid the sun.
Safe, regular sun exposure can eliminate or reduce depression.
We are told that melanoma incidence has multiplied even in this era of sunscreen and sun avoidance. But this is dishonest reporting, for the true measure, melanoma deaths, has remained the same. The dermatologists use this lie to whip us into fear of walking outside. They recommend instead that we scurry into their offices clutching our hats and have "suspicious lesions" clipped off at great expense.
Cancers, heart disease, autoimmune diseases, the flu, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, and infertility are reduced by sun exposure (my emphasis).
Sun exposure increases the likelihood of a healthy pregnancy and baby.
Women who get sun have only one-eleventh the risk of a hip fracture as those who do not.
Sun avoidance and sunscreen might be as hazardous as smoking.

** A dermoid is a cyst filled with stinky dead skin; it is also my pet name for dermatologists. I know about dermoids because I was in one of their training programs for a year. To my credit, they fired me, and you can read about it in Butchered by "Healthcare."
Ivermectin suppression (medical subcategory)
If used correctly, ivermectin would have—by itself, even without other treatments such as vitamin D—saved millions of lives from Covid. But during the initial “pandemic,” a massive publicity campaign claimed it was "horse medication.” It was used to discredit this safe, effective, Nobel Prize-winning medication.
Hydroxychloroquine (Plaquenil) suppression (medical subcategory)
This non-toxic drug has been used since 1955 to treat inflammatory autoimmune diseases. Although patients typically take it safely for decades with little monitoring except for eye exams every six months, sources such as the CIA-run Wikipedia claim its side effects are severe. A study in the Lancet “proved” it did not help Covid, but it was withdrawn after the fraud was immediately recognized.
Suppression of Vitamin D and other supplements (medical subcategory)
D is the most crucial nutrient for good health, but the doses available have been a flim-flam designed to decrease consumption. The units used to measure it were changed from (the tiny-sounding) micrograms to “International Units (IUs),” which are measured by the (perceptually huge) ten-thousands. The commonly available doses are 1,000 to 5,000 IUs, but we now have 50,000 IU capsules, which can be taken once or twice a week. These are the same size as the ones containing insufficient D.
The National Institute of Health claims that vitamin D levels of 20 ng/ml are “adequate for most people.” However, for people with levels over 60, Covid and other viral illnesses are rare to nonexistent.
Zinc, quercetin, and vitamin K2 can successfully treat and prevent deaths from viral illnesses such as Covid. This has been suppressed.
Iodine has been recognized to promote health for more than a century. A program to discredit it and substitute toxic alternatives such as bromide has been ongoing for about 20 years.
The US RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) and other sources claim we need little or no vitamin C, magnesium, zinc, selenium, thiamine, and boron. And the wonderfully therapeutic effects of large doses of Vitamins D, C, and magnesium are suppressed or ignored. These three and others such as thiamine should be given intravenously to nearly every sick hospitalized patient, but they are not.
Aspartame (NutraSweet, Equal) promotion
This artificial sweetener is available everywhere. A review says, "Dozens of studies have linked aspartame—the world's most widely used artificial sweetener—to serious health problems, including cancer, cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer's disease, seizures, stroke, and dementia, as well as negative effects such as intestinal dysbiosis, mood disorders, headaches, and migraines… [plus] weight gain, increased appetite, and obesity-related diseases."
Chlorine dioxin suppression
This story may be the most important on this list and will be posted soon.
Heedless use of industrial toxins
These include DDT, glyphosate, paraquat, Agent Orange, and trichloroethylene. Due to these and others, neurological diseases such as ALS, autism, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s redoubled over the past few decades.
Glyphosate pesticide is universally used in the US even though it causes cancer and creates dependence on psychopathic agricultural corporations. It is mostly banned in Europe. Dr. Klinghardt says you can make your body excrete it by taking powdered glycine daily. He describes how to reduce other hazards as well.
Cut your risks
Your health is is not a casino. It is your body’s precious natural immunity minus all its toxic exposures. Mark Kennard explains how it works in a five-minute video here. He says stresses are additive and describes how you will get sick if you cross your resistance threshold. Healing yourself might be as easy as adding one supplement or decreasing a single toxin, but functioning at your best may require many changes.
Almost everything still scares me these days, but I know how to avoid dangers. If you listen and read, you will too.
No one is coming to save you
Although some of this must be greed or incompetence, we have overwhelming proof that malign hands directed the rest. Joe Plummer’s Tragedy and Hope 101 is a history of how the globalists created disasters to weaken and destroy us. They are covert, for they fear exposure.
As I tabulated these calamities, I was repeatedly stunned by physicians’ central role in the crimes and systematic collusion with the criminals. And shocked by the conspiracy’s scope and organization and by the other weapons deployed against us.
As I uncovered story after story of physicians' ethical perversions, I recalled Cicero's maxim: “Nothing is so strongly fortified that it cannot be taken with money.” Business people understand this, but physicians, who are trained more like academics, pretend their behavior is kosher.
Litigation is beating back some of it, but this is sluggish and unreliable, so you must take matters into your own hands. The first step is to realize that nearly every public story we hear is a lie. Learn as much as possible, change your thinking, and correct what you can.
Reservoirs of strength remain to us, and we have hope. Our bodies are so resilient that our death rate never increased until we allowed poisonous needles to be thrust into us. John Dryden’s words about his battle apply to ours: I am sore wounded but not slain. I will lay me down and bleed a while, and then rise up to fight again.
History teaches us that leaders appear when times are the most desperate. Dire need and the press of events forge these people. We are witnessing this now.
The rest of us must use the time we have to spread truth and expose the criminals. As long as we are living and breathing, we can do more. We just have to be strong enough.
